By checking below, I agree to the Clubs dues, fees, and any payment plans selected. I understand that if my child loses their Clubs book or vest, that it will be my financial reponsibility to have them replaced.
Dues are $20 per child for the entire year.
Child must be 4 when Clubs starts. If the child's birthday occurs during the Clubs year, they will be promoted on their birthday.
If your child is turning 13 prior to January 2026, they are eligible for Clubs through December. Dues for this time period are pro-rated to $10.
If your child is turning 13 from January to May, they can stay through the end of the Clubs year in May. Dues would be $20 for the entire year.
Pay in Full - due by September 3rd (first day of Clubs)
Down Payment - $20 due by September 3rd, remainder due November 5th, 2025
Payment should be given directly to Kelly Haines - do not put in the offering plate.
NOTE: Clubs payments must be paid in full no later than November 5, 2025. Failure to pay or work out a payment plan with the Clubs leadership may result in the child not receiving Clubs materials, prizes, and awards. All Clubs payments are considered as "goods received" and not considered as charitable donations. Clubs dues and fees cannot be used as charitable donations for the purposes of income tax filing.
